Proximiti is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe user experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to the Proximiti services and the Proximiti Web site and governs data collection and usage. By using the Proximiti services and/or the Proximiti Web site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

Proximiti collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. Proximiti also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites. In providing services to you, Proximiti may also collect other customer data inherent to the services being provided such as, but not limited to, messages, call records, usage logs, billing records and profiles.

There is also information about your computer hardware and software that may be automatically collected by Proximiti. This information is used by Proximiti for the operation of the services, to maintain quality of the services, and to provide general statistics necessary to administer our services and Web site.

All Proximiti services and web sites are intended for utilization by businesses and, in the case of individuals, those over the age of 13. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Proximiti will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from, or sell to, any child under the age of 13. Where a parent or guardian discovers that their child has submitted personally identifiable information to Proximiti and requests in writing that we remove that information from our records, we will comply with that request.
